Garden Structure
So for this ‘Snug’ we lowered the floor to allow standing at full height, put in a stone flagged floor down with a ceramic tile inlay …. because we could! A simple trellis across the front allows an acrylic window to be fitted in winter to keep out the worst of the winter weather, but giving the impression of outside dining with views over the Cheshire countryside!
Pod
I was asked to fit a small deck to the front of the Pos to accommodate a bistro table and chairs for guests to sit and enjoy a glass of wine, breakfast etc in the Cheshire sunshine!

Milo seems to like the idea of keeping an eye on what’s going on whilst being invisible behind the side trellis fitted into the main ‘snug’ area!

‘Snug’ at the Poffee, we did not lower the floor on this side, but painted a stenciled pattern, put trellising over the front of the lean-to so that in winter a clear acrylic window can be fitted to keep out the worst of the weather whilst still being outside with beautiful views of the Cheshire countryside!
Patio’s Laid
The round patio was moved 3 meters and now supports a small bistro table and chairs. We were able to re-use the hardcore and sand used in the previous location which was eventually occupied by the ‘Pod
Pod Project
We were asked to remove a small, round patio that was underneath the intended location of the ‘Pod’ in the image, level the ground and prepare stone pads in order to receive the ‘Pod’ which was delivered a few days later! A little relieved that it fitted exactly onto the pre-prepared pads!
