About
Meet The Founder
Home & Garden DIY (No Job Too Small) was created by Lieutenant Colonel Neal Baguley who, on retirement from HM Armed Forces, after a 41 year career, decided to seek a complete career change and follow his passion and hobby of many years as a DIY practitioner as his sole career after military Service. His aim is to provide a quality DIY service, across a wide range of differing services and specialties completing the small tasks that larger companies and specialist building contractors are too busy to attempt, at a realistic and fair price.
Neal will retire from Service on Christmas Day 2022 on completion of his tenure as Commanding Officer of the Military Personnel Recovery Unit in London.
During his time in the military, Neal has owned and let many properties as a Landlord and has also owned and lived in several properties that have benefitted from the NJTS.DIY touch over the years.
